The 19.5cm flat plate is designed with a 2mm height difference from the outside to the center to prevent the sauce from flowing outwards.

When shaping the vessel, it is made completely flat, but by taking advantage of the deformation caused by gravity during the firing process, we are able to express subtle differences in height.

It can also be used as a plate for small servings or desserts.

The black dots are created by mixing iron powder into the glaze to create the texture on the surface, and the surface is called "nashiji" because it resembles the texture of a pear.
