Product delivery time
Japan domestic
In principle, we will ship within 7 days after receiving your order (in the case of bank transfer, after confirming payment). If you do not specify the delivery date, it will be shipped as soon as possible.- Normally, it will be delivered around 2 to 9 days after ordering, but it may take longer than usual to deliver when orders are concentrated or when there is a large amount of work, or before or after that. .
- In some areas, it is not possible to specify the delivery time.
- Due to the fact that the products listed in the online shop share inventory with the actual store, in the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 3 business days and discuss the delivery time.
International shipping to overseas
- It will be delivered in order, but it may take about 2 weeks after ordering.
About handling products

About returns/cancellations/exchanges
When you receive the product, please check it for damage immediately.In the unlikely event that the product is damaged or soiled during delivery, or if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. We will arrange the replacement at our expense.
However, if it is not possible to exchange the product for a sold-out item, a discontinued item, or a limited item, we will refund the item price and the transfer fee after returning the item at our expense.
As a general rule, we do not accept any returns or exchanges of products due to customer's convenience after payment is completed.
Also, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
- Products that have passed 8 days or more after the arrival of the product
- Products that have been used by the customer
- Products that have been damaged or defaced by the customer
- Products processed or repaired by the customer
- If it is confirmed that the product has been replaced, etc.
- When accessories such as product boxes, tags, and instructions are defaced, damaged, or lost
